1.70 gram part slice of Dawn (a), an interesting H6 chondrite found in Randall County, Texas, USA and recognized as meteorite in 1981. A Total Known Weight (TKW) of 7,682 grams was found as a single mass sometime before 1981 at coordinates 34°51'36" N., 102°7'12" W. Weathering and shock level data were not included in the official classification.  This specimen comes with an identification card from The Hupé Collection.
